Here's what you should know:
- Most bars are very accommodating in helping to host fundraising Happy Hours.
- Usually a portion of the cover charge or drink proceeds goes toward the fundraiser.
- Some bars will even help you create a signature cocktail for the night.
- A raffle -- even two or three items -- can help raise big bucks. Maybe you know someone with season tickets to the Yankees that would be willing to donate or maybe you're an exceptional chef who's willing to give a private lesson. Anything goes!
